Return Policy for Fragrances

We want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase from Prairie Artisan Fragrance. To ensure you enjoy your new products, every new fragrance order includes a sample of the same fragrance for you to test.

How It Works:

  1. Receive Your Order: Along with your fragrance bottle, you will receive a sample of the fragrance.
  2. Test the Sample: After smelling the sample, if you decide the fragrance is not for you, you can return the unopened, sealed bottle.
  3. Returns for Unwanted Fragrances:
    • The bottle must be unopened and in its original, sealed condition.
    • If you are having troubles with the return process, please reach out to orders@prairieartisan.com
    • Once we receive the returned item, a full refund will be issued for the cost of the fragrance bottle.
  4. Returns for Damaged or Defective Fragrances:
    • If your fragrance arrives damaged or defective, please contact orders@prairieartisan.com 7 days after receiving your order.
    • Pictures of packaging of the outer box and bottle or container will be required. Please send pictures to orders@prairieartisan.com
    • Upon receipt of the damaged or defective product, we will either replace it or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.
  5. Return of Samples:
    • Fragrance samples are non-returnable.

Note: For the return process, please ensure that the fragrance bottle is in its original packaging and condition.
